Do you service LED walls bought from other brands?
Yes. We service all LED video walls regardless of the brand, manufacturer, or vendor you purchased from. Our technicians are trained on all major LED chipsets including Nationstar, Kinglight, and Cree, and all popular controller systems — Novastar, Colorlight, Linsn, and MCTRL.
How quickly can you send a technician for on-site repair?
In Bangalore, we offer same-day or next-day on-site service. For other metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune), we typically dispatch within 24–48 hours. Tier-2 cities are covered within 3–5 business days.
What does an Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) include?
Our AMC covers quarterly preventive maintenance visits, unlimited breakdown support (during business hours), priority response time, software updates, and discounted module replacements. We offer AMC plans for PixelSpot walls as well as third-party installations.
How much does an LED module replacement cost?
Module cost varies based on pixel pitch, size, and chipset. For PixelSpot walls under warranty, module replacement is free. For out-of-warranty or third-party walls, pricing starts at ₹1,200 per module (P2.5 indoor) and varies by specification. Contact us for an exact quote.
Do you provide spare parts for DIY repairs?
Yes. We sell genuine LED modules, power supplies (Meanwell, G-Energy), receiving cards (Novastar, Colorlight), sending cards, hub adapters, flat cables, and mounting hardware. You can order via WhatsApp or email and we ship pan-India.
What warranty do PixelSpot LED walls come with?
All PixelSpot LED walls come with a standard 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, dead pixels, and component failure under normal use. Extended warranty up to 5 years and comprehensive AMC plans are available at the time of purchase or later.
Can you help with content management and software setup?
Absolutely. We help set up Novastar VNNOX, Colorlight Cloud, and other CMS platforms. We also provide training on content scheduling, brightness control, and remote monitoring. Software support is included in our AMC plans.
