We deliver and install LED video walls, digital standees, and related products across India. Our services are available in 150+ cities through our network of certified installation partners.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Standard LED Products: 7–14 business days from order confirmation
- Custom Configurations: 15–25 business days depending on complexity
- Digital Standees: 5–10 business days for standard models
- Spare Parts & Accessories: 3–5 business days
Timelines may vary for remote locations and are subject to material availability.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping and logistics charges are included in the quoted price for orders above ₹1,00,000. For smaller orders, shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
4. Installation
Professional installation is included for all LED video wall purchases (Essential, Pro, and Enterprise tiers). Installation is typically completed within 1–3 days of delivery, depending on project complexity.
5. Packaging
All products are professionally packed in custom wooden crates with foam protection to ensure safe transit. LED modules are individually wrapped and tested before dispatch.
6. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email and WhatsApp. Our project coordinator will keep you updated on delivery and installation schedules.
7. Damage During Transit
All shipments are insured. In case of any damage during transit, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange for replacement modules at no additional cost.
8. International Shipping
For international orders (currently serving UAE, Nepal, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka), delivery timelines and customs duties will be discussed at the time of quotation.
