An LED display board is a flat panel of LED modules that shows full-colour video, images and text. It is the same panel we build video walls from, cut to board sizes: 6×4 ft on a shop wall, 8×4 ft over a fascia, a portrait panel beside a door. Unlike a printed board, it changes. PixelSpot is an LED display board manufacturer in Bangalore. The boards are built at our own factory in Jalahalli East and sold direct, with no dealer in between.
What manufacturer means here, plainly. We do not make the LED chips; nobody in Bengaluru does. Our work starts with the modules: selecting and matching them, fabricating the cabinets and the steel structure, wiring the power supplies and the controller, running every board under load before it leaves, and calibrating it into one even surface. The same people then survey your wall, install the board and service it.

Full-colour indoor board
A panel of fine-pitch LED modules that plays video, images and text inside a shop, office or hall. We build it, in P1.2 to P2.5.
Full-colour outdoor board
The same idea in a brighter, weather-rated cabinet for fascias, gates and grounds. We build it, in P2.5 to P6.
Single-colour scrolling board
A board that shows moving text in one colour, used for a name, a rate or a short message. It is a different product, made by other suppliers; we do not build it.

Indoor or outdoor.
The choice is not about where the board sits. It is about light and distance.
Indoor P2.5 or P2.0
For a board inside a shop, office, hospital corridor or hall. Up to 600 nits, tuned for interiors. P2.5 is the standard indoor board: sharp from about 2.5 m and the lowest-priced indoor pitch we make. Choose P2.0 when people stand closer or the board carries small text, such as a rate board or a token display. Cabinets are IP43 and front-serviceable.
For a fascia, a compound wall, a college gate or a sports ground. Up to 4,500 nits to beat the Bangalore afternoon sun, dimming automatically after dark so it does not glare. Cabinets are IP65 at the front and IP54 at the rear, built from 320×160 mm modules. P4 is the standard fascia board, read from across the road. P6 is for boards read from further away.
One rule that saves regret: a board behind street-facing glass, under an awning or in an open-front shop gets the outdoor-grade panel. Daylight reaches it, and an indoor panel disappears by noon.

What the controller does.
Every LED display board needs a controller. It is the small box that takes your content, stores it and drives the modules, so the board runs on its own with no PC attached.
We use Huidu controllers and pick the model by pixel count, which is why the per-sq-ft rate leaves it out and the whole-board totals put it back in. It holds the playlist in its own memory, so the board keeps playing through a network drop. How the modules, cabinets and controller fit together is in LED display technology explained.

PxlOS is our cloud CMS. Log in on a phone or laptop, drop in a poster, a video or a line of text, set the hours it should play, and the board follows the schedule. Change the morning offer from home. Put the festival greeting on every board you own at once.

The crew fits the mounting structure, hangs the cabinets, runs power and data, and sets up PxlOS on your phone. A 6×4 ft board is usually installed same-day to three days after fabrication. Two-year warranty; a failed module is swapped in place.
Indoor boards are ₹6,150 per sq ft for P2.5 and ₹7,750 per sq ft for P2.0, installed, controller extra, plus GST. Outdoor boards are ₹5,300 per sq ft for P4 and ₹5,000 per sq ft for P6 on the same basis. As a whole board with the controller, a 6 × 4 ft indoor P2.5 board is ₹1,81,500 + GST and a 6 × 4 ft outdoor P6 board is ₹1,51,500 + GST. What size LED display board do I need?
Start from where people will stand: the pitch in millimetres is roughly the closest comfortable viewing distance in metres, so P2.5 reads well from 2.5 m and P4 from 4 m. Then size the board to the wall: 6 × 4 ft suits most shop walls and receptions, 8 × 4 ft a wider wall or a fascia, and portrait boards fit beside doors and on pillars. Smaller than 6 × 4 ft is priced on survey.
Can an LED display board be used outdoors in Bangalore?
Yes, with the outdoor panel. Outdoor P4 and P6 boards run up to 4,500 nits, so they stay readable in afternoon sun and dim automatically after dark. The cabinets are IP65 at the front and IP54 at the rear, which handles Bengaluru rain and dust. A board behind street-facing glass or in an open-front shop also needs the outdoor panel, because daylight reaches it.
How do I change what the board shows?
Through PxlOS, our cloud CMS, from a phone or laptop. Upload a poster, a video or a line of text, set the days and hours it should play, and the board follows the schedule. The controller stores the playlist, so the board keeps playing if the internet drops.
What is the warranty, and who services the board?
Every board carries a two-year warranty. Our own Bengaluru crew installs it and services it; there are no subcontractors. If a module ever fails it is swapped in place, and we keep spare modules of every pitch we have installed. Support and AMC continue after the warranty.
Can I rent an LED display board for an event?
We don't rent LED walls; an event-AV company is the right call for a one-off. What we build is a board you own, installed on your wall and yours to run for years through PxlOS.
