PixelSpot LED cabinet — front face and rear structure

Engineered in Bengaluru.

The frame decides
everything else.

The cabinet is the skeleton of your LED wall. It carries the modules, houses the power supplies and receiving cards, sets how flat the surface sits — and decides whether an engineer services the wall from the front or the back. Choose it right and the wall lasts a decade. Choose it wrong and every repair becomes a project.

Die Cast

Precision-cast aluminium, machined flat to a fraction of a millimetre. Every Die Cast cabinet is front-serviceable — a module lifts out from the face of the wall, so nothing needs access from behind. Panels lock together with cam locks and come apart just as fast, so a module swap takes minutes rather than an afternoon. Light enough to hang on a plain drywall structure and rigid enough to keep a 40-foot wall perfectly seamless. Our choice for indoor showrooms, boardrooms and stages.

MS Cabinet

Mild steel, welded and powder-coated for the long haul. Front-access cabinets service entirely from the face of the wall — no walkway behind, so the wall can sit flush against a building. Rear-access cabinets take the heaviest loads for large freestanding structures and hoardings. Outdoor walls are built on MS — front or rear service — never Die Cast, and are sealed to IP65 for sun and monsoon.

Asked often.

What exactly is an LED cabinet?

The cabinet is the structural frame that holds the LED modules on its face and the power supplies and receiving cards inside. It sets how the wall mounts, how it is serviced, and how much it weighs.

Front service or rear service — which do I need?

Front service if the wall sits against a building or in a tight space: every part comes out through the face. Rear service if you have walking room behind the wall and want the fastest access on very large structures.

Which cabinet do you use for outdoor walls?

MS steel — front or rear access — engineered for IP65 sealing, wind load and heat. Die Cast aluminium is offered on indoor walls.

Can cabinets be replaced later?

Individual modules, power supplies and receiving cards are all field-replaceable under our pixel-to-pixel warranty and AMC, without dismantling the wall.
