Bengaluru to Gulbarga: a two-day run.
Kalaburagi is about 600 km from our Jalahalli East factory. The usual road is NH-48 through Tumakuru to Hiriyur, then NH-150A north through Challakere, Ballari, Sindhanur, Lingsugur and Shahapur to Jewargi, and the last stretch into the city. With a loaded van that is eleven to twelve hours of driving, so we split it over two days. Distances and times here are approximate.
That changes how the job is run. Nobody drives back for a forgotten bracket, so the wall is assembled and burn-in tested at the factory, and it travels with its structure, cabling and controller in one load. The crew stays in Kalaburagi until the wall is mounted, calibrated and running your content from PxlOS.
Heat and dust are the local conditions to design for. Kalaburagi summers are among the hottest in Karnataka. For an outdoor wall the survey checks which way the face points, the shade and airflow behind the cabinet, and whether the power line is stable, before the structure is drawn. Outdoor cabinets are rated IP65 at the front and IP54 at the rear.
