Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement without any charges. Cancellations after this period may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 10% of the order value, depending on the stage of manufacturing or procurement.

2. Custom Orders

Custom-built LED solutions, including non-standard sizes and configurations, are non-cancellable once manufacturing has commenced. A 30% advance is typically required for custom orders.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. For bank transfers, refunds will be made to the originating bank account.

4. Product Returns

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if found defective or significantly different from the agreed specifications. The product must be in its original packaging and unused condition.

5. Subscription Cancellation

LED-as-a-Service (LaaS) subscriptions may be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Early termination fees may apply as specified in the subscription agreement. Monthly rental payments already made are non-refundable.

6. Service Refunds

If a service (installation, maintenance, content management) is not performed to the agreed standards, we offer a re-service at no extra charge or a proportional refund after assessment.
