Will PixelSpot go around me to reach my customer?
No. We work through you for the relationship and keep you in the loop on the quotation and the installation date.
Which districts does the programme cover?
All 31 districts of Karnataka. Our own crew installs across the state. Outside Bengaluru, we quote from photos of the spot with the size and plan the site visit with you.
Who installs the wall and handles the warranty?
Our own crew installs every wall, and the customer gets PixelSpot’s 2-year pixel-to-pixel onsite warranty, with 5% spare modules free. Spares are kept at our Jalahalli factory.
Can my customer rent a wall for one event?
No. We don’t rent LED walls. For a one-off event, an event-AV company that rents screens is the right call. If a venue will use a wall several days a month, owning one costs less over time, and that is what we build.
