Xtreme Media price
Xtreme Media does not publish prices on its home, contact, outdoor product or warranty pages (checked 2 October 2026) [1] [4] [8]. Its warranty terms say "Price may vary if $ rates change more than 5% from the date of quote", and list structural changes, scaffolding and data cabling as the client's scope [5] [6]. Ask for each as a separate line on any quote.
PixelSpot's prices are on the site. Outdoor P4 is ₹5,100 and indoor P2.5 ₹5,450 per sq ft + GST, with installation and the mounting structure included and the controller extra. A 6 × 4 ft outdoor P4 wall with the controller is ₹1,54,500 + GST. Every pitch is on the LED wall price page; the configurator prices your exact size.
P4 outdoor walls
Xtreme Media publishes no P4 price (checked 2 October 2026) [8]. PixelSpot's P4 outdoor LED wall uses 320 × 160 mm modules, runs up to 4,500 nits with auto-dimming at night, and is IP65 at the front and IP54 at the rear. See also outdoor LED screens.
Xtreme Media warranty and service
Xtreme Media's warranty page offers "Xtreme Platina up to 7-year warranty", noting "*7-year warranty is subject to specific product line or series." It also lists 3-year and 5-year back-to-base warranties [4]. The terms linked from that page say (checked 2 October 2026):
- Platina: 7 years "from the date of delivery on LED Videowall and software"; 3 years on the controller, media player and Smart PDU [5].
- Not covered by Platina: the Asta/Asta Plus, Kore, Nyx, Nyx CL, Nyx OD, Flex and Iris series, and customised cabinets [5].
- Back-to-base: "A 3-year back-to-base warranty from the date of delivery on Videowall is included in the quote." [6]
- Repairs: done at its service centres in three cities, Bangalore among them; the client arranges delivery of the repair material both ways [5].
- Support: offsite troubleshooting unless the client signs up for onsite support; maintenance once every 6 months in the warranty period [5].

When Xtreme Media is the better fit
- A rollout across several states. It lists Experience Centres in seven cities [2]. PixelSpot works in Bengaluru and Karnataka only.
- A warranty longer than two years. On covered series, Platina runs up to 7 years [4]. Ours is 2 years.
- Rental or touring cabinets. It lists a rental range [7]. We don't rent LED walls; for a one-off event, an event-AV company that rents screens is the right call.
- Outdoor pitch finer than P2.5. It lists outdoor pitches from 1.95 mm [8]; our finest outdoor pitch is P2.5.
- A tender that names Xtreme Media.
