Hawaii LED Screen describes itself as an LED display manufacturer and systems integrator with "15+ years of experience". It lists eight Indian cities, Bangalore among them, plus the UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia (its website, checked 2 Oct 2026). A post on its blog calls it a Kochi-based manufacturer with its own production line (Hawaii blog, 31 July 2026, checked 2 Oct 2026). PixelSpot is a Bengaluru LED video wall manufacturer. Hawaii LED price
Hawaii LED Screen does not publish prices on its website (checked 2 Oct 2026). On IndiaMART, every fixed indoor and fixed outdoor screen it lists, P4 outdoor included, shows "Ask Price" instead of a figure (outdoor listings, indoor listings, checked 2 Oct 2026). A Hawaii blog post says it breaks each quote down by panel, structure and installation cost (Hawaii blog, 22 July 2026, checked 2 Oct 2026). Ask for those lines, plus the controller and GST, in writing.
PixelSpot's rates are on the LED wall price page. Outdoor P4 is ₹5,100 per sq ft + GST, installed, controller extra. A 6 × 4 ft outdoor P4 wall with the controller is ₹1,54,500 + GST.
Hawaii LED warranty and service
Hawaii's IndiaMART profile states a 2-year product warranty that can be extended with an annual maintenance contract. It excludes natural disaster, harsh handling and customer defaults. It also says it can give local service within 48 hours across India (IndiaMART profile, checked 2 Oct 2026). Its website FAQ says it offers onsite and in-house service with 24/7 technical support, and does not state a warranty period (website, checked 2 Oct 2026).
Both companies publish a two-year warranty, so compare the terms: onsite or carry-in, every pixel or whole modules, and who pays for parts and travel. PixelSpot's terms are on the LED wall warranty page.
Hawaii LED Bangalore office
Hawaii's current website lists Bangalore as a branch, with a phone number but no street address (website, checked 2 Oct 2026). An older Hawaii website lists its Bengaluru service centre at 1st Floor, Murudeswar Building, Marenahalli Road, Jayanagar 9th Block (older Hawaii site, checked 2 Oct 2026). Ask Hawaii whether that address is current and whether a demo wall runs there. PixelSpot's office is in Indiranagar and the factory and Experience Centre are in Jalahalli East (directions).
When Hawaii LED is the better fit
- You want to rent. Hawaii runs a rental fleet, and its rental bookings include rigging and onsite technicians for the event (Hawaii blog, 30 July 2026, checked 2 Oct 2026). PixelSpot does not rent LED walls. For a one-off event, a company that rents screens is the right call.
- You are rolling out across states or the Gulf. Hawaii lists branches in eight Indian cities and in the UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia (website, checked 2 Oct 2026). PixelSpot installs in Bengaluru and Karnataka.
- Your site is in Kerala. Hawaii says its installation and after-sales teams are based across Kerala (Hawaii blog, checked 2 Oct 2026). We do not serve Kerala.
- A tender names a higher outdoor spec. Hawaii publishes a P4 outdoor cabinet rated 5,000 to 6,000 cd/m², IP66 front and rear (product page, checked 2 Oct 2026). PixelSpot's outdoor walls run up to 4,500 nits, with IP65 at the front and IP54 at the rear.
- You need event formats. Hawaii lists LED dance floors and stadium LED systems (IndiaMART, website, checked 2 Oct 2026).

- What exactly does the quote include: panel, structure, controller, installation, calibration and GST?
- Is the warranty onsite and pixel to pixel, and what does it exclude?
- Where is the nearest engineer based, and what response time will you put in writing?
- Where is my wall assembled and burn-in tested, and can I visit?
- Which wall in Bengaluru can I stand in front of today?
- For outdoor walls: what are the IP ratings at the front and rear, and does the brightness dim at night?
