How a repair call works

1. WhatsApp a photo or video of the fault to +91 72048 08334 with the wall size and brand if you know it.
2. We diagnose remotely where possible. PixelOS Signal reads NovaStar, Huidu and Linsn controllers over the network, so many faults are located before an engineer leaves.
3. An engineer reaches any Bengaluru site within 24 hours, usually the same day, with the likely spares in the van.
4. You get a written fault report and a fixed quote before any part is fitted.

AMC plans

An annual maintenance contract covers scheduled inspection, cleaning, calibration, priority 24-hour response and discounted spares. Plans are priced per square foot of wall, from about ₹150 per sq ft per year for indoor walls. Walls bought from PixelSpot carry a 2-year pixel-to-pixel onsite warranty first, so AMC starts in year three.

Walls we did not sell

Yes, we service them. Bring the controller model or a photo of the back of a module and we will tell you on WhatsApp whether we stock the spares. Most Chinese-module walls sold in Bangalore use parts we keep in stock.
