Best Pixel Pitch for Conference Rooms
- P1.5 – P2.0 — For small rooms where people sit within 2–3 meters. Best for spreadsheets and detailed content. Premium budget.
- P2.5 — The sweet spot for most conference rooms. Sharp text, great video calls, and our lowest indoor rate at ₹5,450 per sq.ft. + GST (excl. controller). The right choice for most offices.
- Large rooms and auditoriums — Where the nearest viewer is 4+ meters away, P2.5 is still the pitch: it is the coarsest indoor pitch we sell, and it stays sharp for the front rows.

Video Conferencing Setup
To use your LED wall for Zoom/Teams/Meet calls:
- Connect via HDMI — From laptop or room PC to LED controller
- Add a USB camera — Mount above or below the LED wall (Logitech Rally recommended)
- Audio — Ceiling microphones + room speakers (Jabra/Poly recommended)
- Optional: Room PC — A dedicated mini PC (Intel NUC or similar) always connected
Installation Considerations
- Wall strength — LED walls weigh 15–30 kg per sq.meter. Most office walls handle this fine.
- Power — A 10×6 ft wall needs one 15A power socket. Most offices have this.
- Viewing angle — Mount at eye level of seated viewers (center of screen at ~4 ft height)
- Ambient light — LED walls handle light well, but avoid direct spotlight on the screen
- Cable management — Plan for HDMI/network cable routing during installation
