P1.5 LED Wall Price in Bengaluru: ₹12,000 to ₹18,000 per Sq Ft, Installed

A P1.5 LED wall costs ₹12,000 to ₹18,000 per sq ft installed, before GST, from PixelSpot's own factory in Jalahalli East, Bengaluru. It is the pitch we fit where people read the screen from a chair or a queue rather than from across a hall: boardrooms, operations dashboards, hospital reception areas and hotel lobbies, where the nearest regular viewer stands between 1.5 and 3 m from the wall. P1.5 LED wall price at 8x4, 10x6 and 12x8 ft

What the rate includes. The P1.5 LED modules themselves, the receiving cards behind each cabinet, the sending controller, power supplies, a steel frame fabricated to your opening, all cabling, installation by PixelSpot's own crew, PixelOS cloud CMS to schedule and push content, 5 per cent spare modules left on site and the 2-year pixel-to-pixel onsite warranty. GST at 18 per cent is added on the invoice; the HSN and GST page explains the input credit a registered business can claim.

What pushes a quote towards ₹18,000. The ₹12,000 figure is a plain wall-mounted P1.5 wall with a Huidu controller. The upper figure covers front-service die-cast aluminium cabinets that let a technician swap a module from the room side, which matters when a boardroom wall sits flush against a partition with no rear corridor; a NovaStar-based sending and receiving system; curved or ceiling-hung frames; and semi-outdoor brightness for a glass-fronted hotel or hospital lobby that takes direct afternoon sun. The controller model and cabinet type are named on every PixelSpot quotation so two quotes can be compared line by line.

P1.5 specification

Two lines on that table deserve a second look. The module carries 208 x 104 pixels; ask for that figure on any competing quote, because a vendor writing "P1.5" on a quote for 172 x 86 pixel modules is actually selling P1.86. And the refresh rate of 3,840 Hz is not decoration on a P1.5 wall: boardrooms are filmed for townhalls, lobbies appear in guests' reels and hospital reception areas are on CCTV all day. A 1,920 Hz panel is cheaper and flickers on every one of those cameras.

Is P1.5 right for your space?

Apply the rule with a tape measure. The minimum comfortable distance in metres is roughly the pitch number, so P1.5 is comfortable from 1.5 m and at its best from about 3 m. Stand where the nearest regular viewer will be, not at the door, and measure to the wall. If that distance is between 1.5 and 3 m and the content includes text, P1.5 is the right pitch. These are the Bengaluru spaces where that is usually true.

• Boardroom in a tech park on Outer Ring Road. An 8x4 ft wall at the head of the table, the nearest chair 1.5 to 2 m away, showing a shared spreadsheet, a video call and a slide deck side by side. At 1,593 x 796 pixels the wall reads like a large monitor rather than a display, which is exactly what a finance review needs.
• Operations or network dashboard in Electronic City. Analysts sit at desks about 2 m from a 10x6 ft wall for an entire shift, watching alert tickers, uptime graphs and small-font logs. The 1,992 x 1,195 pixel canvas holds several feeds without any of them being shrunk to illegibility.
• Hospital lobby on Bannerghatta Road. A token queue display and consultant roster above the reception desk, read by patients standing 1.5 to 3 m away, many of them elderly or anxious. Fine pitch makes a token number and a doctor's name crisp at that distance; a coarser wall would ask them to step back and squint.
• Hotel lobby off MG Road. Guests wait at the check-in counter about 2 m from the wall while it runs the brand film, the day's events board and wedding welcome screens. A front-service cabinet keeps the wall flush to marble and lets service happen from the lobby side without disturbing the desk.
• Corporate reception or experience centre in Whitefield. Visitors pause at 1.5 m to read a wall of client logos, live KPIs or a product story. The corporate office wall we built in Bengaluru shows the method: the pitch was chosen from the nearest seat, not from a resolution target.
• Studio or streaming backdrop in Koramangala. A presenter stands 1.5 to 2 m in front of the wall with a camera on them; 3,840 Hz refresh keeps the backdrop flicker-free and the fine pitch keeps the moiré out of the shot.
• Jewellery or watch counter where staff lean in. Usually a P1.8 job, the pitch band the Amukti store entrance case study describes for mall retail, but where the counter puts customers inside 1.8 m of the wall and the content is product detail, P1.5 is the safer pitch.

When to step finer or coarser

Step up to P1.2 when someone sits at a console inside 1.2 m of the screen, which is a control room, a trading desk or a broadcast gallery rather than a boardroom, or when an 8x4 ft wall must show dense spreadsheets edge to edge. Step down to P1.8 when nobody regularly comes closer than 1.8 m, because P1.8 at ₹7,000 to ₹12,000 per sq ft gives the same picture from that distance for considerably less. Step down again to P2.5 at ₹5,500 to ₹8,000 per sq ft when the first viewer is 2.5 m or further, which covers showrooms, restaurants, worship halls and most office lobbies where the wall is seen across a floor rather than read across a desk. P1.5 vs P1.2 vs P1.8

These are the two neighbouring indoor pitches, compared on a 10x6 ft wall. All three run 3,840 Hz refresh, 14-bit grey scale and 800 to 1,000 nits on 320 x 160 mm modules.

The pattern is the same in both directions: each step finer brings the comfortable distance in by about 0.3 m, while the LED count, and with it the driver count and the price, climbs steeply, because halving the pitch quadruples the pixels per sq ft. P1.5 sits at the point where a Full HD source is shown close to pixel for pixel on a 10x6 ft wall, since 1,992 x 1,195 is a little more than 1,920 x 1,080, without paying the P1.2 premium that only a viewer inside 1.2 m can see. On a 10x6 ft wall the P1.8 entry price is ₹4.2 lakh against ₹7.2 lakh for P1.5; that gap is worth paying only when the tape measure says 1.5 to 1.8 m or the content is text all day.

What a P1.5 wall from PixelSpot includes
