Built in Bengaluru. Installed across Andhra Pradesh.
PixelSpot builds LED video walls at its own factory in Bengaluru and installs them anywhere in Andhra Pradesh with its own crew. You get a free survey, a 2-year pixel-to-pixel warranty and the same published price per square foot as every other state, + GST and freight.
Function halls, temples, jewellery and textile showrooms, cinema lobbies, colleges, hospitals, corporate offices. Wherever people already look, an LED wall replaces the printed flex or the LCD grid with one seamless screen you change from a phone through PxlOS.
Weddings and function halls dominate (vendors advertise 'LED wall for marriage'), plus exhibitions, political events and outdoor advertising; Vizag is the only city with several named suppliers, Vijayawada has traders, Tirupati/Guntur none found.
Hot, dry interiors and a humid, cyclone-prone coast. Outdoor cabinets are ventilated for 42 °C afternoons, sealed to IP65 at the front, and on the coast we specify the mounting structure for cyclone wind loads at the survey.
Tirupati temple traffic, Vijayawada and Guntur commerce, Visakhapatnam's steel and port economy. Function halls, jewellers, cinema lobbies and temple trusts are the usual buyers; outdoor P4 for road-facing shops, indoor P2.5 for halls.
Bengaluru to Vijayawada: how the wall reaches you.
Your wall is designed from your survey, built and burn-in tested at our Jalahalli factory, and you can watch it run your content on a video call before it ships. It then travels 650–1,000 km by road, roughly 1–2 days. Our crew drives in to the Rayalaseema and coastal districts, flies to Visakhapatnam, trains your team on PxlOS and leaves 5% spare modules on site.
Starting estimates, one rate card for all of India; the bigger the wall, the better the rate per sq ft we quote. The price per square foot covers the LED panels, the mounting structure and installation by our own crew. The controller is sized to your wall and quoted with it; freight to Vijayawada is its own line. GST at 18% is added as IGST and is fully creditable to a registered buyer.
Estimated, installed, controller and freight extra, + GST. Larger walls are quoted at a lower rate per sq ft. With the controller included, a 6 × 4 ft indoor P2.5 wall is ₹1,81,500 + GST and a 12 × 8 ft outdoor P4 wall is ₹5,60,000 + GST. LED wall companies in Andhra Pradesh: how to compare.
A buyer in Andhra Pradesh will meet these names on Google and IndiaMART. We list them because comparing is how you should buy. Ask every vendor the same five questions: who manufactures the cabinet, who installs it, what the warranty says about a single dead pixel, what refresh rate the modules run (3,840 Hz is camera-safe, 1,920 Hz flickers), and the installed price per sq ft in writing. Then compare line by line. Checked October 2026. The type is our reading of each company's own page or listing (manufacturer only where it shows or states its own factory); tell us if we have one wrong and we will correct it. All states compared ›

Asked in Andhra Pradesh.
What does an LED wall cost in Andhra Pradesh?
The same starting estimates as everywhere in India, with a better rate per sq ft the bigger the wall: indoor P2.5 is ₹6,150 per sq ft + GST and outdoor P4 is ₹5,300 per sq ft + GST, installed, controller extra. A 6 × 4 ft indoor P2.5 wall is ₹1,81,500 + GST with the controller; a 12 × 8 ft outdoor P4 wall is ₹5,60,000 + GST. Road freight from Bengaluru to Vijayawada is quoted as its own line; crew travel is inside the quote.
How does the wall reach Andhra Pradesh, and who installs it?
It is built and burn-in tested at our Jalahalli, Bengaluru factory, crated and sent by road, 650–1,000 km and roughly 1–2 days to Vijayawada. Our own crew drives in to the Rayalaseema and coastal districts, flies to Visakhapatnam. We do not hand installation to a local contractor.
Which cities in Andhra Pradesh do you cover?
All of them. Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Guntur, Tirupati, Nellore, Kurnool, Rajahmundry are where most enquiries come from, but freight goes anywhere a truck goes, and for hill or remote sites we survey by photo and video first and split large walls into smaller cabinets.
Who services the wall after installation in Andhra Pradesh?
The same PixelSpot engineers. PxlOS lets us diagnose the wall remotely first; 5% spare modules stay on site so a local electrician can swap a module under our guidance; and our crew travels when a visit is needed. The 2-year pixel-to-pixel warranty applies in full.
Do you rent LED walls in Andhra Pradesh?
No. PixelSpot builds and installs walls you own. For a one-day event an event-AV company is the right call. If the wall will run more than about 60 days a year, owning is usually cheaper than renting.
Is GST different for an order shipped to Andhra Pradesh?
No. GST is 18% either way; for an interstate order it is charged as IGST on the same total and a GST-registered buyer claims the full input credit.
Why buy from the manufacturer.
Most LED wall "companies" are traders: they import cabinets, add a margin and hand installation to a contractor. PixelSpot designs and builds the wall, installs it and services it. That changes the price, the speed and what happens after the sale.
Factory-direct. No middlemen.
Panels are built and burn-in tested at our own Bengaluru factory. No dealer markup, and the price per sq ft is published.
Built in Bengaluru, shipped by road and installed by our own crew. Pick your state for freight time, weather notes, the local vendors you will be comparing us with, and the same published price per sq ft.
