P1.8 LED Wall Price in Bengaluru: ₹7,000 to ₹12,000 per Sq Ft, Installed

A P1.8 LED wall costs ₹7,000 to ₹12,000 per sq ft installed, before GST, from PixelSpot's factory in Bengaluru. That puts a 10x6 ft boardroom wall at ₹4.2 to ₹7.2 lakh and an 8x4 ft counter display at ₹2.24 to ₹3.84 lakh. P1.8 is the pitch PixelSpot recommends for corporate meeting rooms, jewellery counters and mall entrances, because it is the finest pitch that still sits in the mid price band: a P1.5 wall of the same size starts at ₹12,000 per sq ft, while P2.5 at ₹5,500 to ₹8,000 shows its dot structure once a viewer is inside 2.5 m. P1.8 LED wall price by size

Installed, per sq ft, before GST. Each total includes the LED modules, receiving cards, controller, power supplies, steel frame, cabling, installation by PixelSpot's own crew, PixelOS cloud CMS, 5 per cent spare modules and the 2-year pixel-to-pixel onsite warranty. GST at 18 per cent is added on the invoice; a registered business claims it back as input credit, which the HSN and GST page explains.

What moves a P1.8 quote from ₹7,000 towards ₹12,000

• Controller. The ₹7,000 figure is a plain wall-mounted install driven by a Huidu controller. A NovaStar-based system, which corporate AV integrators often specify for boardrooms with multiple video sources, sits towards the upper figure.
• Cabinet. Rear-service steel is the base. Front-service die-cast aluminium cabinets, needed when the wall sits flush on a boardroom wall with no access behind, add to the rate.
• Frame geometry. Curved and ceiling-hung frames need more fabrication than a flat wall mount and are quoted after the free site survey.
• Brightness. Standard indoor P1.8 is 800 to 1,000 nits. A semi-outdoor variant for a glass-fronted reception in direct Bengaluru sun is a different module and takes the quote to the upper figure.

One trap when comparing P1.8 quotes: P1.8 and P2.0 overlap in price, and on some batches the finer 1.86 mm module is the cheaper one because it is made in larger volumes. Insist that the module resolution is written on the quotation. A 320 x 160 mm module carrying 172 x 86 pixels is P1.86; one carrying 160 x 80 is P2.0. Without that line, a "P1.8" quote cannot be checked.

P1.8 LED display specification

The 1/43 scan is worth a sentence because it is where cheaper P1.8 panels cut corners. Each LED in a 1/43 scan module is lit for a short slice of every refresh cycle, so the driver IC has to work harder to hold 800 nits without flicker. Current-generation drivers manage 3,840 Hz at this scan; older 1,920 Hz P1.8 panels are cheaper and look identical to the eye, then show rolling bands the moment someone films the boardroom on a phone. Is a P1.8 LED wall right for your space?

Apply the viewing rule: minimum comfortable distance in metres is roughly the pitch number, and the picture looks best from about twice that. For P1.8 that is comfortable from 1.8 m and ideal from around 3.5 m. Measure from the wall to where the nearest regular viewer sits or stands, not the size of the room. If that measurement lands between 1.8 m and 2.5 m, or the content is text-dense, P1.8 is the answer. The viewing distance calculator does the arithmetic for any pitch.

Bengaluru spaces where P1.8 is the right call

• Corporate boardroom, 10x6 ft. Directors around a long table sit from about 2 m at the near end to 3.5 m at the far end. At 1,638 x 983 pixels a shared spreadsheet, a video call gallery and a dashboard all read from every chair. This is the case the conference room guide covers in depth.
• Jewellery showroom counter, 8x4 ft. Customers on the far side of the counter are within 2 m of the wall behind the sales staff, and the content is gold and stone detail at high magnification. P2.5 shows dots at that distance; P1.8 does not. See the jewellery store page.
• Mall store entrance, 8x4 or 10x6 ft. Shoppers pause about 2 m from the screen and the content is fabric texture and faces. The Amukti store entrance in a Bengaluru mall is the worked example.
• Operations or NOC dashboard wall, 12x8 ft. Analysts at desks 2.5 to 3.5 m away read small fonts all day. At 1,966 x 1,310 pixels the 12x8 P1.8 exceeds Full HD, so a 1,920 x 1,080 dashboard shows without scaling.
• Hospital or clinic reception, 8x4 ft. Seated patients are 2 m from a wall showing token numbers, doctor rosters and health notices, which is text at small sizes. The hospital page has the layout options.
• Car showroom configurator wall, 10x6 ft. A customer stands about 2 m from the screen while paint and trim options are cycled, and the finish detail is the point of the wall. The car showroom page explains the content workflow.
• Executive briefing centre or training room, 10x6 ft. The first row of seats is at about 2.5 m, but the content is slides with small body text, and P1.8 keeps it legible where P2.5 would soften them.

When to step finer or coarser

Step finer to P1.5 (comfortable from 1.5 m, ₹12,000 to ₹18,000 per sq ft) when people sit at a desk directly in front of the screen, which is a control room, a broadcast studio or a boardroom where the nearest chair is inside 1.8 m. Step to P1.2 (from 1.2 m, ₹18,000 to ₹25,000) only when the wall replaces a desktop monitor at arm's length. Step coarser to P2.0 (from 2 m) when the price on the day favours it, since the two pitches overlap almost completely. Step to P2.5 (from 2.5 m, ₹5,500 to ₹8,000) when the nearest regular viewer is at or beyond 2.5 m, which covers most showroom floors, restaurants, temples, wedding halls, office lobbies and event stages. Nothing coarser than P2.5 is sold by PixelSpot for indoor use.

P1.8 vs P1.5 and P2.0: the neighbouring pitches

The step from P1.8 to P1.5 costs more than the step from P2.5 to P1.8, because pixel density rises with the square of the pitch reduction and the 1/52 scan needs a higher grade of driver. On a 10x6 ft wall P1.5 starts at ₹7.2 lakh, exactly where P1.8 tops out. Pay it when the front row is inside 1.8 m; otherwise the extra pixels are ones nobody in the room can resolve. Against P2.0 the decision is simpler: same brightness, same 3,840 Hz refresh, a slightly finer picture from P1.8 and, on current batches, a lower entry price. Ask for both and compare the module resolution line.

P1.8 vs P2.5: the corporate sweet spot

Nearly every office buyer in Bengaluru ends up choosing between these two. P2.5 is the most popular indoor pitch on the whole price list, and for a lobby or a showroom it is the right one. The boardroom is where it falls short.

Look at the 8x4 ft row, the size most meeting rooms take. P2.5 gives 975 pixels across, which is fine for a video, a logo loop or a menu, but a spreadsheet shared from a laptop is downscaled to fit and the cell text blurs. P1.8 gives 1,310 pixels across, above the roughly 1,200-pixel line where a Full HD source shows without visible softening, so the same 8x4 wall reads like a large monitor. P1.8 is comfortable from 1.8 m and at its best from about 3.5 m; P2.5 is comfortable from 2.5 m and at its best from 5 m, so if the nearest regular viewer is 2.5 m or further P2.5 is enough. Inside 2.5 m the P2.5 shows its dot structure and small fonts break up.
