P8 LED Wall Price in Bengaluru: ₹2,500 to ₹4,500 per sq ft, installed

A P8 LED wall costs ₹2,500 to ₹4,500 per sq ft installed, before GST, from PixelSpot's factory in Bengaluru. That is ₹0.8 to ₹1.44 lakh for an 8x4 ft board, ₹1.5 to ₹2.7 lakh for 10x6 ft and ₹2.4 to ₹4.32 lakh for 12x8 ft. The P8 we build is an outdoor module: IP65 at the front, IP54 at the rear, 6,000 nits and up with auto-dimming, on a 320 x 160 mm board carrying 40 x 20 pixels. It is a hoarding and roadside-board pitch, read from 8 m and beyond, and it sits in the same price band as P10 while giving noticeably more pixels. If your board will be read from a pavement rather than a road, the outdoor P4 or P6 pages are the ones to read instead.

P8 LED wall price by size, before GST

The rate includes the LED modules, receiving cards, the controller, power supplies, the steel frame, cabling, installation by PixelSpot's own crew, the PixelOS cloud CMS, 5 per cent spare modules and the 2-year pixel-to-pixel onsite warranty. GST at 18 per cent is added on top, and a registered business can take the input credit; the HSN code and GST page explains how the invoice is structured.

The lower figure, ₹2,500 per sq ft, is a plain wall-mounted or fascia board with a Huidu controller. The quote moves towards ₹4,500 per sq ft when the board needs front-service die-cast cabinets (a fascia flush against a building with no rear access, or a board on a parapet where nobody can get behind it), a NovaStar-based sending and receiving system, a curved or ceiling-hung frame, or the top of the brightness range for a west-facing site in full afternoon sun. A freestanding pole, gantry or rooftop structure is quoted as a separate line after the free site survey, as are municipal permission drawings where the site needs them, so that the per sq ft figure stays comparable with any other quotation you hold.

P8 outdoor specification

Two lines on that sheet tell you whether a "P8" quotation from anyone is the same product as ours. The first is the module: 40 x 20 pixels on a 320 x 160 mm board, which is 800 LEDs per module. The same board carries 32 x 16 pixels at P10, 64 x 32 at P5 and 80 x 40 at P4, so the module resolution settles the pitch and cannot be rounded in the seller's favour. The second is the scan rate: 1/5 on P8 means each LED is driven for a longer slice of every cycle than the 1/8 of P6 or the 1/10 of P4, which is part of how a coarse hoarding module holds 6,000 nits in Bengaluru's afternoon sun without the drivers running hot. Refresh is the third thing to ask for: outdoor boards are sold at 1,920 Hz and at 3,840 Hz, and only the latter films cleanly when a passer-by points a phone at it, which for a hoarding is the whole point of the content.

Resolution on a P8 board comes straight from the width: the wall's width in millimetres divided by 8 gives the pixels across, rounded down to whole modules and cabinets. A 12x8 ft board is 457 x 304 pixels; an 8x4 ft board is about 304 x 152. Those are small numbers next to an indoor wall, and that is the point of the pitch. Nobody stands 3 m from a hoarding, so the LEDs that an indoor P2.5 would spend on fine detail are simply not needed, and the money goes into brightness, weather sealing and size instead. Is P8 right for your board

The rule is the one used across the site: the minimum comfortable viewing distance in metres is about the pitch number, and the picture looks best from roughly twice that. For P8 that is 8 m minimum and about 16 m ideal. Measure from where the nearest regular viewer stands, which for a roadside board is the kerb on the far side of the carriageway or the driver's seat in a slowing car, not the pavement directly under the structure. The viewing distance calculator does the arithmetic if you enter the distance. Typical Bengaluru and Karnataka cases where P8 is the right answer:

• Roadside hoarding on Outer Ring Road, Hosur Road or Tumakuru Road. Read from the carriageway at 8 m at the nearest lane and well beyond 16 m at the far lanes, in direct sun for most of the day. A 12x8 ft P8 at ₹2.4 to ₹4.32 lakh carries a brand, a line of text and a price at that range; the LED hoarding page covers the larger structures we build for the same job.
• Building-top or parapet board on a commercial complex in Marathahalli, Hebbal or Yeshwanthpur. The board sits above a shop line and is read from across a four-lane road and from the flyover, so the nearest viewer is 8 m away at the very least and most are much further. P8 keeps the cost of a large parapet board sensible while the 6,000 nits and up hold against the sky behind it.
• Petrol pump and highway-approach board on the NH-44 or NH-48 side of Bengaluru, and on the Hosur and Krishnagiri approaches. Drivers read the offer or the price while slowing from the approach lane, 8 to 16 m out; a 10x6 ft P8 at ₹1.5 to ₹2.7 lakh shows two or three lines of large text and a logo cleanly at that distance.
• Industrial estate and wholesale-market entrance board in Peenya, Jalahalli, Bommasandra or Jigani. Lorry drivers and visitors read the gate board from the approach road; P8 is bright enough for an unshaded gate and coarse enough that a 12x8 ft board stays inside ₹4.32 lakh even at the upper figure.
• Fair-ground, exhibition-ground and temple-festival announcement board at a large open venue such as Palace Grounds or a district ground in Mysuru, Hubballi or Tumakuru, where the crowd stands 10 m and further back. The schedule and sponsor loop is large text and logos, which is exactly what P8 renders well.
• College, stadium or bus-stand information board read from a car park or a forecourt in Yelahanka, Electronic City or Majestic. Timings, gate numbers and notices in large type are legible from 8 to 16 m, and the board runs at full brightness through the afternoon without a shade.
• Car dealership or showroom pylon on a service road in Whitefield or Bannerghatta Road, read by traffic on the main road rather than by walk-ins. For the glass-fronted showroom facade itself, where visitors are 4 to 6 m away, the finer P3 or P4 pages apply; the pylon out by the road is the P8 job.

When to step finer or coarser

Step finer to outdoor P6, at ₹3,500 to ₹6,000 per sq ft, when the nearest regular viewer is inside 8 m but outside 6 m: a board over a wide forecourt, a market entrance where people gather, or a facade on a broad pavement. Step finer again to outdoor P4, the storefront standard at ₹5,000 to ₹8,000 per sq ft, when people read the screen from the pavement at 4 m, and to P3 at 3 m. At the other end of the outdoor range, shopfront menus read from 3 to 5 m are served by outdoor P2.5, as at Acai Theory in Indiranagar, which is the opposite of what a hoarding needs. Step coarser to P10 only when the board is very large and read from 10 m and beyond without exception: P10 is in the same ₹2,500 to ₹4,500 band, so it does not save money at these sizes, and it gives 365 x 243 pixels on 12x8 ft against P8's 457 x 304. That is why P8 is our default in the hoarding band and P10 is quoted on request.

P8 vs P6 and P10

These are the two pitches a P8 enquiry in Bengaluru ends up choosing between: the finer P6 for a board that some viewers approach, and the P10 that shares P8's price band.

The reading of that table is that P8 is the value point of the outdoor range. Against P6 on a 12x8 ft board the entry price drops from ₹3.36 lakh to ₹2.4 lakh, and the pixels you give up, 609 x 406 down to 457 x 304, are pixels nobody resolves from the far side of a road. Against P10 there is no saving at all, only fewer pixels and a longer minimum distance, so the only reason to choose P10 over P8 is a board so large and so far from every viewer that the coarser module changes nothing on the eye. On the 10x6 ft board the P6 to P8 step is the gap between ₹2.1 lakh and ₹1.5 lakh at the entry price; if any regular viewer stands inside 8 m, that gap is what buys a clean picture for them, and P6 is the right spend.

What a P8 wall from PixelSpot includes

P8 is built to size for each site rather than sold as a ready-made unit, because a hoarding is sized to its structure and its road. A board that is only an announcement strip rather than a full-colour hoarding is often better served by the LED display board or LED sign board ranges, and a board needed for a single event is on the rental page from ₹15,000 a day.

How to get an exact P8 price

1. Measure the structure or fascia the board will sit on and the distance to the nearest regular viewer. If that distance is under 8 m, tell us; the answer may be P6. If every viewer is beyond 10 m and the board is very large, P10 is an option at the same rate.
